Farm to Table

FAQ > Order

How will I know Farm to Table has received my order?

When your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email that will also provide any additional details and expected delivery times.

When is the best time to order?

For a general order, it is best to call or email prior to noon the day before your delivery day.

Our chickens are delivered Tuesdays and Saturdays and all go out those same days.  Order no later than Thursday for a Saturday delivery and no later than Sunday for a Tuesday delivery.  We very rarely keep any chicken in stock.

For all other meat and cheese orders, please give as much advanced notice as possible as these items are not kept in stock as much as our fruits and vegetables.

I desperately need produce! Is there any way you can deliver today?

Occasionally we are able to fill last-minute orders depending upon the time of the day, driver schedules, and product availability. Call us and we’ll try our best to get your order to you ASAP.

Are there discounts for large orders?

Farm to Table will develop special pricing for large orders or orders that occur on a regular basis.

I’m interested in an item that is not on your price list. Is there any way I can get it?

Sometimes we have access to products not on our price list—especially meats, cheeses and special seasonal produce. Call us and we’ll see what we can do.

What payment methods does Farm to Table accept?

Cash, check, and PayPal payments. To pay via PayPal, simply request your invoices emailed for payment via PayPal. You will receive an email that will take you through the simple steps to pay online.

Can I specify my delivery time?

Yes. Request either AM or PM, and early AM if necessary, especially if delivery time is before 8:00AM.
