This family-run business produces all of its goods in completely enclosed hydroponic greenhouses. Growing hydroponically enables the Bluebonnet farmers to deliver these greens live at the peak of their freshness. Greenhouse growing also allows the temperature and hydration to be tightly controlled. </p>
