We work with over 100 farmers, ranchers, food artisans and makers who produce sustainably and organically grown fruits and vegetables and ethically and humanely raised meats, special milk and cheese products along with pasture-raised and organic eggs. Most of our growers are family-owned farms and ranches.
As a distributor and marketer, we match Texas producers with our customers, including restaurants, school districts, cafeterias and institutions. Our customers range from small commercial kitchens to some of the state’s best known restaurants.
All of our products are tracked from the source to the end-users. Farm to Table customers know who grew or raised their food products and also that using locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables ensures the highest quality and most nutritious products. In turn our customers are providing vital financial support to the tradition of small family farmers and producers.
Founded in 2008 with one little truck and a small (250 sf) warehouse, Farm to Table now operates 10 refrigerated trucks and a temperature controlled warehouse at our headquarters in Austin. Farm to Tables distributes in the major metropolitan areas of Texas and many locations in-between.
